to reduce inflammation – just boil 4 cups
of water with a teaspoon of ground turmeric
and simmer the tea for 10 minutes before straining
it into a cup. Drink it while it’s warm.

has anti-cancer properties which can kill
and prevent the growth of breast, bowel, stomach
and skin cancer cells. Topical application
of homemade turmeric ointment can treat skin,
mouth and vulvar cancer, and you can prepare
it by mixing some ground turmeric with Vaseline.
Rub the skin cancer with the paste 3 times
a day.
