start with our chicken. We're gonna pan
fry these until they turn golden brown
in color. Then we'll set this aside. By
the way, feel free to use any parts of
the chicken. Some like to use thighs and
legs but I prefer using the whole
chicken.
Add more oil then saute the onion
Then the garlic. When the onion is
translucent add the carrots. Add four
cups of water.
Then the tomato paste.
Then add the chicken that we pan-fried
earlier. We it boils add the potatoes.
Add half a teaspoon of ground black
pepper, one teaspoon of garlic powder, and
2 teaspoons of salt.
let's add the red bell peppers give it a
good mix
Then add the last ingredient…green peas.
Now this is ready. it's a common everyday
dish and a fiesta favorite…..Chicken
