Hello everyone, I'm going to make Jjajang Tteokbokki!

Prepare 300g of Tteokbokki tteok(Rice Cake)!
Pour water and soak the Tteokbokki Tteok to soften it
Prepare 2 green onions
Cut the green onion into bite-sized pieces
Prepare 350g onion
Cut the onion into size that is easy to eat
If you have cabbage, prepare it!
I put 3 pieces(150g) of eomuk(fish cake)! Prepare as much as you want!
Cut the eomuk(fish cake) into the shape you want
Prepare 200g of pork belly
Slice the pork belly thinly
Stir the ingredients over medium-low heat
Stir-fry the pork belly until the fat comes out
Prepare 3 tablespoons of black bean paste
Stir until the black bean paste and fat become one
Stir-fry the green onions and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
When the flavor comes up, add the onion and 1 tablespoon of sugar and fry
Add the soaked tteok(rice cake) and mix
Pour 400ml of water
1 tablespoon of soy sauce and
Add 1 tablespoon of gochujang(red pepper paste) and mix
When the tteokbokki sauce boils down in half, add the cabbage and eomuk(fish cake)
Enjoy with boiled eggs according to your taste!
