These are Plank Mountain Climbers and this is an
exercise not meant for the faint of heart.
You are gonna start in your plank.
So it needs to be aligned elbows directly under your shoulders.
And then on the balls of your feet
engage your abs and your back is super straight.
You can engage the abs. Keep them engaged.
And one knee comes towards the
opposite elbow and then back.
You can add a little bit of tempo to this
working your obliques
working your entire core
and I want you to do 20 side.
Definitely a cardiovascular exercise and
great for your core and your back strength.
