Here at the SPRI Performance Center
If your feeling a little tight the front of
your legs
then the Quad Stretch
using the SPRI Xerstretch Strap
is a must do exercise
Lie on your stomach, legs extended and
place one end loop around one foot
and hold the other end loop with the same
side hand
slowly straighten your arm and pull the end
loop toward the floor while bending the leg
hold the stretch while pulling your heel towards
your glute
This exercise will give you some much needed
relief in the front of your legs and help
improve your performance
Remember… Place one end loop around the
foot, the other end loop around the same side hand
Pull the end loop toward the floor
Hold the stretch and pull the heel toward
the glute
Loosen up those legs and feel better by performing
the quad stretch
