5 great green chili, 3 great red chili, 2cm galangal, 1 stalk lemongrass mashed, 1 bay leaf, 3 kaffir lime leaves, tamarind water, 1tbsp brown sugar
500 grams of potatoes are diced and then we fried
4 pieces of chicken liver we stew with added 4 tablespoons of tamarind
