Flour 1/2 cup mixed with Medha 2 cup

For puri 2 cup Medha and 1/2 cup flour.
Mix them with water and add some oil

Potatoes cut in small pieces add in a pan

Crushed red pepper 2 TSF

1 tsf kalonji
Turmeric powder 1 tsf

Crushed coriander and cumin seeds powder 1 tsf each

Garam masala 1/2 tsf

We will not use oil in it. Salt will be added in the end

Now add water 1 1/4

Now cook them on a high flame

Initially on high flame then low flame and cook them well

Now add salt
Curry leave one tsf

Add one tomato cut in small peices
Cook for another 5 minutes.

Now ready add capsicum before transfer to a plater

For Chicken add 2 TSF oil in pan.
Add 4 bay leaves.

Mustard seeds 1 tas let the fry for 2 minutes

This mixture is for Chicken to cook

Add onion

Cook onion till light brown

Add one small tomato cut in small pieces

Now add Turmeric powder 1 tsf

Red pepper 1 tsf

One tsf of Dhaniya powder and one tsg Coriander
Garam masala 1 tsf

One tsf cut ginger
Add some water so masala can be cooked

Cook it on full flame

Add one tsf crushed paper.
