I will report to you today about the electric activation
of the most important nourishment in our life.
Two thirds of our body weight consists of water.
60 percent of our body fluids are found in our cells,
the other 40 percent are found in
between the tissue space of interstitial fluid.
Women have from 5 – 10 % less water content.
If with increasing age
the decrease of energy is ascertained,
this is also linked to a loss of body fluids.
The World Health Organisation
has published the following guidelines:
Children 60-75%
Women 50-55%
Men 60-65%
Within two weeks
every water molecule is replaced by another,
whilst “old” water eliminates metabolic waste.
The water intake lies in 0,34 litres
per 10kg of body weight.
Now everyone can calculate that.
Water is fundamentally a supply problem.
Yet people prefer to drink
something other than water.
They enjoy other drinks like tea, coffee,
lemonade or beer much more.
As a Munich born citizen I have my playgrounds
under the chestnut trees in Taxisgarten or Hirschgarten.
If that doesn’t ring a bell:
Those are beer gardens with a carousel and sandpit.
One gets quickly accustomed
to the fact that any drink under a litre,
a “Mass” here in Bavaria,
is actually intolerable, in Munich at least.
According to the Purity Law of Bavaria
beer contains over 90% of water.
So you won’t dehydrate whilst drinking beer.
Water is something for poor people and the needy.
If it is really needed the doctor can
always prescribe an intravenous drip.
This is the immediate concept for water which
a med student would learn.
Water is needed in an emergency.
Otherwise not!
In a beer garden birds are no picky eaters.
Even if conventional medicine is deaf to water medicine,
the dove knows what to do.
Water above all costs.
Successful animal breeders
make it more comfortable for birds.
The most advanced are already
using electro-activated water,
which I am mentioning today.
And whoever doesn’t want
to continue with water, yet has a pet
should, at least, give the puppy
electro-activated water.
So what is this electro-activated water?
It is water!
Confronted with a high voltage.
And a small part of the added
energy remains in the water
and is stored like in a battery.
It sounds funny, but it is like that.
Yet it has taken around 170 years
until the process was understood.
A chemist from Schlesien who travelled
over Jena to Munich, came to the Bavarian Science Academy.
His name should be remembered,
for it carries the stamp of discoverer or inventor
of the most important things of today and our future.
Solar energy is included,
for he discovered ultra violet light,
including the production of hydrogen,
for he discovered this through electrolysis.
This includes the investigation of electrical
currents in biological organisms and,
last but not least, he invented
the rechargeable battery,
which most of us carry around
in our mobile phone
which is hopefully switched off
for this presentation.
His name is Johann Wilhelm Ritter.
And he really was a knight
without fear or reproach.
He was fascinated by Luigi Galvani’s
electrical attempts with twitching frogs legs
and Ritter carried out experiments
on a live body, his own.
No wonder he died at the age of 34
and went down as an impetuous daredevil,
a kind of Beethoven in the science world.
Humboldt, Goethe, Novalis, Brentano
and all his contemporaries agreed,
he was the most brilliant person
of his time and that was around the year 1800.
Ritter noticed that silver wires connected to a
positive and negative pole of a battery
created bubbles when in contact with water.
He wanted to know
what kind of bubbles those were.
The positive pole generated bubbles half as big
as those emanating from the negative pole.
Ritter could prove that the gas
collected on the right hand side
was hydrogen and on the left hand side oxygen.
The water was separated into
2 gases by the electrical current.
Here I have reproduced it.
Yet I was interested in something
completely different to the gas formation.
What actually happened to the water
from which both gases have been taken?
I have measured two of the
electrochemical properties of the initial water.
Before electrolysis pH 7,72
Oxidation Reduction Potential, “ORP” 274mV.
After electrolysing the water
the ORP sank by roughly 600mV.
0,6 Volt!
In the left glass above the anode the pH levels
sank slightly by 0,3.
On the right hand side
the levels rose by 0,5 pH.
So something chemical is occurring here,
specifically the altered pH levels.
And a lot of electrical things take place.
With 18 Millivolts less ORP the amount
of electrons in the water doubles.
600 divided by 18 is just over 33.
It has been doubled 33 times.
A huge electron increase with a lot of zeros
which wouldn’t fit on the screen.
Every living being will look forward
to a huge electron increase
when in contact with this water.
Sadly, Professor Ritter did not have
any modern measuring instruments
and he didn’t care about the water.
For him it was only about the gases, if not,
he would be the inventor of
electro-activated drinking water.
Thank you anyway, Mr. Ritter!
In 1802, two years after Ritter,
the first Russian appears
in the history of electro activated water.
And the Russians will play
a big part in this. Later.
The Moscow physics professor, Petrov, said:
“Water is not good after electrolysis.
When the remaining water ions
come together due to a gas separation,
then again Voda results instead of Vodka.”
So a barrier was placed in between
the electrodes, a semi permeable membrane
so that the cathode chamber and
the anode chamber were isolated.
This membrane is called a diaphragm.
Like this the separated acid
cannot neutralise the alkaline
and the pH levels are
strongly altered on both sides.
This can be seen in the discoloured indicator.
Green is neutral, that is the starting point.
And if the electrolysis is running a long time
the left indicator in the acidic area
turns a yellowish colour
and the right one in the
alkaline area turns blueish.
On the left hand side it becomes
electron-poor and on the right hand side
it becomes electron-rich,
so a negative ORP.
This is truly the first water ioniser
in history, from 1802
and Vasily Wladimirowitsch Petrov
is regarded in high esteem in Russia.
Sadly, it took 120 years
for someone to take notice.
The electron abundance in
alkaline activated water is so high
that it becomes anti oxidative.
In the meantime the acidic water
becomes highly oxidative.
In Russia this is called living water
and the other is dead water.
A rusty chain can be placed
in a bath of electron enriched
live water and will quickly start to shed its rust.
Living water is also known
as alkaline active water
because it is acid free and electron enriched.
It dissolves better than dead water
for example here with a teabag.
which releases its contents much quicker.
Or here, on the left, with ground coffee
with electron enriched active water.
Because activated alkaline water
can also transfer electrons and minerals
through biological barriers, it is,
not only, an elixir for considerably
weakened people and animals.
Even a wilted salad becomes quickly fresh
when placed in activated alkaline water.
Progressive agricultural holdings, especially in Russia,
the Baltic, the Ukraine, Uzbekistan,
Japan, Malaysia and Korea
use this water for hen,
pig and poultry breeding
as well as chemically free
growth stimulation in plants.
More about that in my books.
In Russia people are very convinced of how
impermeable latex condoms are
and for a long time one was
surprised that electro activated water
could transfer its negative
redox potential through a condom.
Some spoke of a contactless ionisation.
But electricity is not stopped that easily.
The latex particles do not impede
electrolysis in the slightest.
Lets simulate the drinking
of alkaline activated water.
Since we are in Munich, we will take the Weisswurst, (Veal sausage), intestine,
pour in ionised Munich tap water
with a negative Oxidation Reduction
Potential (ORP) of -226mV.
The active water sausage from Munich
will be placed for 5 minutes
in deionised reverse osmosis water
with a neutral Redox Potential of 0 mV.
This water has no energy.
Yet, within 5 minutes, half of the energy
of the active water sausage has been transferred
and has now an ORP of -107 mV.
From Russian research and our own tests
we know that this transfer is possible through
more compact materials than intestines
such as, for example, latex condoms or even glass.
The Redox Potential of active
water is also transferable.
We know from other tests that it is
also possible to transfer into the blood.
Unlike latex, Redox Potential as well as acids
are transferred through bio-membranes.
As an example I have taken a Munich
Weisswurst (veal sausage), intestine.
These sheep originate, by the way, from Persia.
Instead of meat the intestine was filled with
drinking strength electro activated alkaline water.
I placed everything in a physiological cooking salt solution,
the well known blood replacement,
which was pH neutral and with a Redox
potential of 194 was quite oxidative.
The transfer occurred in 10 minutes.
After 20 minutes we had a significant absorption
of calcium and magnesium ions in our blood model.
In the cooking salt solution
only sodium chloride is present.
That is why the test strips remain green
in the salt solution.
The electro activated alkaline
water in the sausage
was full of calcium and magnesium
and the test strips showed red in all fields.
Yet half of this has travelled in this
short time through the intestine.
So much to the annoying jargon on the internet,
that dissolved calcium and magnesium,
because it is inorganic,
and cannot be absorbed by the intestine.
I always get a fit when I hear such things.
So after everything we have learnt today,
the fountain of youth, which
for so long has been looked for,
is electron enriched water.
But today is not about bathing water,
instead it is about electron
enriched drinking water
which is explained in this book by
Dietmar Fege as the “Fountain of youth” water.
The first to probably foresee this was the
Munich engineer Alfons Natterer in 1930.
Yes! Again we are in Munich!
3 blocks away from the
Aquacentrum in Holz Street 47,
the 30 year old engineer,
like Mr. Akgün today,
opened the first electrolyte
watershop 3 blocks away!
He worked with the electro-osmosis method,
which was patented in Germany in 1923
with the goal to produce extremely
pure water for beer brewing.
Then, no one was thinking
about drinking water after the war.
It should be neutral,
like in the middle chamber here.
But the Munich breweries didn't want to be told
what to do by someone from the Allgäu region,
so Natterer’s idea flopped.
Natterer gave the different
water types to doctors to try out.
This is how the healing waters
from the socket came to be
that in a modernised version today is drunk
by more than 100 million people worldwide.
All three types can be used medically
and already in 1938 the so called
Hydropuryl electrolyte water
was recorded as a specialised
medicinal product in the Gehes Code.
First, only the water from the middle chamber,
then the alkaline and acidic electrolyte water.
And now read: “for healing metabolic disorders”.
Five litre bottles!
Have I seen such bottles
here in the Aquacentrum?
Ten litres bottles I haven’t seen.
Twenty litres I also haven’t seen
And the dose? Three times a quarter litre
per “Die”. That means per day.
A contemporary of Natterer was
the soft water guru Louis-Claude Vincent.
His thesis are still quoted by fans
of destilled water and reverse osmosis,
claiming the fewer minerals there are
in the water the better it is for your health.
Natterer originally wanted
to produce mainly deionised water.
But there is a huge difference between
electro-osmosis, reverse osmosis and destillation.
That is why Hydropuryl N,
named like that by Natterer for his deionised electrolyte water,
was approved as a remedy in pharmacies.
Mr. Vincent, on the other hand, is not even
mentioned once in the literature bibliography
of the international Report of Calcium
and Magnesium in Drinking Water
of the World Health Organisation, WHO.
And exactly the opposite is correct!
In areas were poor mineral water prevailes
the people definitely die younger
and mostly due to heart diseases and mainly the men.
I have also not managed to find
one of the significant books
of Professor Vincent anywhere,
they are simply not on the market
and have been historically forgotten.
There is also no Wikipedia entry,
only the french Wikipedia has
a short 10 line article written about him.
Due to many positive reports Alfons Natterer got
3 therapeutic goods licences
from the German Federal Health Office
and also two German patents for his invention.
Hydropuryl factories were established until 1981
in Munich, Berchtesgaden
and Wernberg in the Upper Palatinate
which produced the water in big electrolysis devices,
bottled it and sold it mainly to pharmacies.
The prices of the water left the breweries
quite pale with envy for 2 Marks 70!
In the 1950’s, 2 Mass beer would
cost 2 Marks 70 in the Octoberfest
and a sandwich cost 3 Pfennig.
No wonder the profit of Natterers’ company grew.
In 1981 Natterer died,
even though to his dying day he insisted
that not only his acidic Hydropuryl water,
but also the other two types,
the neutral and the alkaline
have a longer shelf life.
This was, of course, not true!
The Bacteriological Research Clinic in Munich
and the Bioclimatic Institute of the
Manfred Curry Clinic in Ammersee
had already proven it
at the beginning of the 60’s.
Of Alfons Natterer’s heritage
only the acidic part has been kept,
especially by athletes that enjoy
the acidic electrolyte ointment.
I myself use the Ess or
Elyth electrolyte ointment
with great success for joint pains
and the well known sport
physician and anti doping specialist
Dr. Helmut Pabst told me recently:
“I always have a suitcase
of that ointment in my car.”
Of course only water and cream
does not infringe doping regulations.
It is ideal for athletes,
that is why they use it.
Here you can see the sports
doctor at a world championship.
There are infinite athletes, famous ones
like Nowitzki, Schweinsteiger,
that all use the ointment
still today! And it is distributed
by Natterer’s followers by two separate companies.
When Natterer died, electro activated water had
swept across the world.
Whilst in Germany the possibility
of electrolyte water was talked about,
the researchers in Russia, which
had worked on this since the 70’s,
remained in absolute silence behind
their Iron Curtain. What happened?
In 1972, whilst the Olympics
took place here in Munich,
the engineer Vitold Bakhir realised
that electrolytically treated water
could be used as a drilling fluid
for the exploitation of natural
gas fields in Uzbekistan.
Like this, many of the necessary and
expensive chemicals could be spared.
This would be a good idea
for the fracking freaks nowadays.
Behind the Russian research team was
a technological rational improvement idea
and the first public article about this
appeared in 1979 in a rationalisation journal.
There, for the first time, “living”
and “dead” waters were discussed.
The rest sounds like a fairy
tale from the silk route.
Workers of the drilling towers bathed
in the catholyte of the drilling fluid
and the frequent sunburns healed.
There is a lot of desert in Uzbekistan!
And they didn’t get burnt again.
That is why the first effect of electrolyte
water closely tested by the Russians
was the effect of alkaline active water (catholyte)
working as radiation protection and radiation healing.
There are many youngsters
here today that don’t know what
the Cold War was and means.
Animal testing made it clear
that the water worked
with the radiation protection
so the military had the idea
of keeping this dead cheap
radiation healer secret.
The Cold War still reigned and one
always had the fear of an atomic attack.
Additional funding was provided from
various ministries in Moscow to Uzbekistan
and the largest functional water
research project of all times began.
Only in 1997 after over 300
patents of Russian researchers
were granted did Bakhir publish with Doctor Prilutzki
his groundbreaking discoveries and described
the extensive Sovietic research in this field.
The central concept was abnormal Redox Potential,
as well as alkaline water and acidic active water.
One cannot calculate this water
with the typical chemical formula.
It is outside of the thermodynamic
balance for a certain time.
It has a “relaxation period”
in which it doesn’t conform
with classical chemistry.
That is the joke, that is the novelty,
that is what makes it special.
And as this became known
the active water boom was unleashed.
How this market is now booming
is familiar to most in this room.
And how it will boom
when it returns to Germany,
that is something that some
of us can imagine quite well.
In an interview in 2003 Vitold Bakhir said,
he was already appointed
Professor of the Moscow Academy,
that in all of Russia there is no hospital
that does not use this technology!
In 5 years he sold 25,000 large devices.
He is also a business man,
like many members
of the former “Taschkent-Team”
that worked on this secret research.
Bakhir is really a superstar
amongst the water researchers
and if he wasn’t so business orientated
he would probably be a nobel prize candidate.
Yet one doesn’t know if for physics or chemistry.
You have endured over 30 pages without
yawning, which I am very thankful for.
So now it is time for a small feature supplement,

which the water can store.
The so called “maximum hydrogen saturation”,
where the pH level of active alkaline water
is naturally slightly higher than normal.
So we have a so called
“Hydrogen Rich Water”,
that’s the one thing.
The second thing, because it is alkaline
we also have an excess of hydroxide ions.
Hydroxide ions are
water particles that have split
and have an additional electron.
That means a negative voltage
is generated in the Redox Potential.
This is again more energy.
In the film, if you would watch it,
then you would really see
that more than 0,3 volts
are retained in the water.
So the energy is stored to its maximum limit.
The water is, well, like a battery, a power pack.
And this is what we drink
with electro activated water
and why we think it’s so tasty
and why it is so good for us.
And because our day to day can get us down,

now around 100 million people find it useful to
compensate and drink active alkaline water daily
from a water ioniser with a pH level of 9.
That is 200 times more alkaline
than normal tap water.
It contains more alkaline ions

A current can flow through quite easily.

In slow motion you can see how the gases, hydrogen and oxygen, previously dissolved from the water molecules
immediately merge to form water.
This is why from the exhaust of a hydrogen
powered car no gas comes out, only clean water.
It is quite versatile, such a water ioniser.
Like in this explosion,
the exploded mass unites to form water again.
That is why from the exhaust
of a hydrogen engine
only water drops out, no emissions,
and it’s drinking water.
A car like that, in reality
if you want to see it like that,
is a reciprocal water ioniser.
It uses again what we have ionised before.
A water de-ionizer!
So it looks like this. A glass, for example
here with a Redox Potential of -203 mV,
and the recommendation of most authors is:
drink 6 glasses of this a day.
Well, six times -200 mV, there we have already
recharged a small battery with that.
A considerable energy potential.
The electron excess is measured
with an ORP or Redox monitor
which measures the electric potential in the water.
The units are millivolts.
Here you see -204 mV,
this shows an electron excess.
If the value is positive,
it would be an electron deficiency.
A very sensitive matter
when it is in the water.
On the right you have
the image of such a device.
Not sure if you can recognise it,
but it’s called Twister.
It is sold online as a machine
that improves water.
So, it mixes air with water,
with 21% oxygen so that
more oxygen dissolves in the water.
As a result, it tastes a bit different
and most people say it tastes better.
But what does it do with the Redox Potential?
It destroys it!
So if I pour active water
into one of these Twisters
then the electrons which are
bound together in a complex way
are literally destroyed and we have here,
within one minute, a decrease
of -204 mV to 14 mV.
So never twist, shake or swirl ionized water,
just let it rest and drink it!
We have seen in the experiment
how simple electrolysis works
with the two electrodes
and the two chambers.
The whole thing is much
more modern now a days.
Strong machines have been developed
that work with up to 9 electrodes.
This can electro activate the water very quickly.
There is no need to wait
24 hours like Mr. Natterer did
until you have active water,
maybe only 3 seconds!
The countries that manufacture these machines
are mainly Japan, Russia and Korea.
They make these continuous water ionizers.
The Russian devices hardly
play a role here in the west.
Nowadays the technically
best devices come from Korea.
I have worked with these
water ionisers for the last 10 years
and naturally I have accumulated
a small museum of these devices.
I did realise
that only a few are adequate
for Germany and central Europe.
I spoke today to a Dane and he also said
that there is a water hardness of up to 30.
The devices from Japan or Korea
were not made for this.
The water composition in the
far east is a really soft water.
They have a lot of volcanos there with hard
stone that doesn’t dissolve in the water!
They have super soft water there
which can be easily ionised.
It is unnecessary to have
devices there with 9 cells.
And this is why these devises
have had big difficulties
with us for years,
mainly because of calcification.
Now I don’t want to dwell
on the technical issues,
we can continue that
later in the discussion.
Now, and this is my main message,
it is not only about the water ionizer
that you use, but also the water.
I would like to explain this
now with an example.
The question is: “Can mineral free reverse
osmosis water be ionised in a water ioniser?”
Even with a device that is weak, shown here.
You can achieve a Redox
-200 mV and a pH level of 10,5.
But what is its value?
Does that mean that
this is good electrolyte water?
I would like to compare this with something
so that you can probably understand this better.
It’s as if a child weighing 10 kg
jumps from a 3m high diving board
and see how the water splashes.
The height represents the pH levels.
The vertical speed would be the Redox value.
Yet the body mass plays
a substantial role on the impact.
And this is represented
by the mineral wealth of the water.
This is then a Sumo wrestler
jumping into the water.
If I can ionise a mineral rich water
with a strong water ionizer,
this is the gist of it!
In expert circles this is called buffering
because the pH level is not
an absolute value, it is a relative value.
The ratio of H ions to OH- ions,
that can be 1 – 1
or 2 – 1
or 3 – 1
or 3 million – one million.
Then it is really an alkaline calibre
if it reaches 3 million, not when it is only 3.
So the mineralisation of the water
plays a crucial role in the efficiency.
Because without it, it would just be
alkaline without any background.
On my website you can find a couple of formulas
to truly determine the pH value or the Redox value.
So how much acidity can I neutralise
And how much oxidation
can I eliminate if I ionize the water?
Lets talk about the general effects
of a good alkaline active water.
Further more we know that within 10 minutes
of drinking it the blood circulation is increased.
Can be seen clearly with flowing blood.
But which water increases
the blood flow quicker?
The electro activated water or the very good,
expensive mineral water?
With a thermography camera
the difference becomes visible.
On the left, the increased blood circulation
caused by alkaline active water within 45 minutes.
On the right, the lower blood circulation that results
from Gerolsteiner still mineral water,
a mineral bomb actually.
8,3 to 3,7 degrees Fahrenheit difference
for the electro activated water.
More than double and twice as fast.
With better blood circulation
the oxygenation levels improve:

again 1 litre of active water,
the oxygen pressure increases in the blood.
And you notice this, in vitality.
An alkaline diet, you all know the food
pyramid and all these wonderful cookbooks.
It is important to compensate an unhealthy
lifestyle by drinking alkaline water
Even if we nourish ourselves healthily,
in principle, a so called alkaline diet leads
onto acidic metabolic waste products.
And then if we don’t move and exhale
the carbon monoxide and the carbon dioxide,
then we can put on weight
by just eating vegetables.
Because of long transportation
routes, early harvesting,
inappropriate animal breeding and by no means
least, the denaturalisation process
from cooking or preserving food
causes the electron surplus
of these live foods to diminish,
which was stated appropriately
with a low Redox Potential.
The researcher Prof. Manfred Hoffmann
has done extensive measurements
in foods, to objectively evaluate the pH
and ORP levels, the Redox Potential.
His results coincide with my conclusions.
Evidently valid: each nourishment
has specific values of pH and ORP.
Healthy and high quality products always have
a low Redox Potential within the true nature of food.
And specifically that is typical
when testing organic agriculture.
They have the most spare electrons.
100 million people have already purchased
a water ionizer for their home.
Obviously a cow at home,
which always gives fresh milk
is more expensive than buying
UHT milk in the supermarket.
But we can compensate the cheap milk
by taking in the electrons in another way,
by drinking water.
That’s the funny thing about it! This is the Redox
Revolution which I have mentioned before
in the booklet: “Drink yourself Alkaline”.
It has created a lot of confusion with a few
people that only spoke of alkaline water
because they always thought
the alkalinity was of prime importance.
And it is important, I will show how
strong it is but it is not the main issue.
The main issue is the electron excess
of the water. That is the important thing!
We can stuff ourselves with alkaline
nourishment without a problem,
but the combination of both is this

You can convince a beer drinker to drink
water because it just tastes good.
Lets take a look at all of the drinks that we know.
At pH level 9,5 is the highest limit
of drinking water in Germany.
That is also the value that we
recommend for alkaline active water.
9,5 really means 250 times more
alkaline than in the most acidic food.
Which, incidentally, is spinach.
Animals tend to drink often alkaline water
from rivers, rain water puddles and lakes.
It has never harmed any animal.
Very acidic, which you
can see in the chart,
even more than vinegar, are lemonades.
You just don’t taste it because
the acidity is masked with sugar.
Yet we don’t just drink one tablespoon of lemonade,
like with vinegar, we drink a whole bottle.
And it is as acidic as vinegar.
These are the drinks that cause acidity.
Dr. Irlacher always said: “I can always drink
2 litres of beer at the Oktoberfest,
yet I can’t eat 2 kg of roast pork.”
So the danger of over acidifying because of drinks
is much higher than the consumption of meat.
Simply because we drink a lot more
than what we eat. If we do it correctly.
In any case we can reduce the intake
of acidic drinks, like mineral water, juices,
coffee and lemonades when
we drink alkaline active water.
And if we drink an acidic
orange juice concentrate
then we know with certainty that
maybe already used up antioxidants
are recovered by drinking
alkaline active water with the juice.
Like the wilted salad that I showed you before.
This is no joke, it is scientifically proven,
alkaline active water charges up
the antioxidants with new electrons.
If you look at the electrochemical secret of
drinking water, which is sold as healing water,
which is marketed as having
an alkaline content and is electron enriched,
it becomes quickly clear, what this is about.
Electro activated alkaline water from Munich
beats the best water springs in nature.
Many mineral waters have, by the way,
a Redox Potential of 200 mV
to maximum 320 mV, so, they oxidize strongly.
The digestive process is accelerated,
when a nail is swallowed by allowing it to rust quicker.
By drinking mineral water…
the rust disintegrates like nothing.
After what I have said
it should be clear by now
that the healing water with a negative Redox
Potential doesn’t have a long shelf life.
You can go to Bad Füssing (Bavaria),
to the Europa Spa.
There you can drink water with -226 mV
which come from the depths of the earth.
But if you bottle this water and bring
it back to Munich, whoops, it’s gone.
Healing waters are, that is why there are such spas
it seems, only at its source mostly electron rich,
which happens to be the case
at Bad Füssing, what a coincidence,
it is the most electron rich spring in the world.
The other known ones do not have
such a low Redox Potential.
Well, I am constantly talking about electro
activated water, about active alkaline water!
Now, if you would like to research on Google
to prove the facts about this subject,
then you won’t find it there at all.
You will find all sorts of words: Alkaline active water,
Alkaline Reduced Water, Alkaline Ionized Water,
reduced water, catholyte,
ECA – Electrochemically Activated Water,
alkaline ionised water, Aquion active water,
Bionlite active water, Kangen water,
electrolysed reduced water.
I have also registered my own name:
Hydrionator water.
You have to look through all of them
if you want to find anything.
You will get more than a million results.
What is active alkaline water?
It is 200 times more alkaline than tap water.
10,000 times more alkaline
than average mineral water.
100,000 times more alkaline than coffee,
1 million times more than wine.
10 million times more than lemonade.
And it is around 50% richer in minerals
than the water before electrolysis.
The minerals increase!
A typical mineral water
with an average pH level of 5
has a 200 times worse acid-alkaline balance
than normal tap water with a pH of 7.
And has 10.000 fewer bases than
an active alkaline water with a pH level of 9.
With such mineral water I drink
myself into an alkaline debt.
And that is why I say:
Enough dragging water crates around. and
forking out for expensive, acidic mineral water
sold in awful plastic bottles nowadays, mostly.
Now an example that everyone understands:
Breast milk.
one of the more important mix
drinks in our lives is baby milk.
If we stir different types of baby milk powder
into the over priced Humana Baby Milk Water,
you can see on the yellow label the different
pH levels above and the ORP values below.
Now you should know, that real breast milk,
of which this is a replacement,
has a pH level of 7,4 in healthy mothers
and an ORP value of -50 mV.
Look at the levels there!
There is not one alkaline value!
There is not one negative
Redox value in the milk powder.
It is hardly surprising that real
breast milk has the same levels,
namely pH 7,4 and -50 mV these are
the exact levels that are in our blood,
We always have an average
of pH 7,4 with very little variation
and always a negative Redox Potential
with a slightly higher variation.
In some advanced experiments
we managed to lower it to -120.
But generally it is -50mV, like with breast milk.
That is why it is like that,
because our blood is like that.
Why should nature make it
difficult for the baby to absorb
the nutrients of milk into the bloodstream
quickly and with little effort?
This is easier if the values of the blood
are similar to the values of the water.
With the baby milk mix we don’t achieve this.
The winner of our test, Milumil milk,
pictured on the far right, has a pH level of 6,64
that is 8 times less alkaline than in breast milk,
and the ORP value is 80 mV short of being optimal.
It gets worse if you, caring and well meaning,
decide to mix the powder with a strongly
advertised still mineral water from Adelholzen.
Then your baby milk has a pH level
of 5,85 and 71 mV oxidation potential.
Then you accustom your baby
to the values of coffee.
To really raise the levels of highly buffered cow milk
powder with alkaline active water to normal human levels
it is required to have
a strong electro activated water.
I achieved this one time with water that has
a pH level of 11,5 and a -580 mV charge.
You should not drink this water pure.
But because of the mix with the acidic and oxidative baby milk powder
exactly the right thing is made
with the same values as breast milk.
Now another question:
Can one improve, not only the milk replacement
with active water, but also the breast milk?
Some mothers want to breast feed
until the children are satisfied.
My measurement results show
a clear tendency in this direction,
yet I have to say, I didn’t do
many tests because most mothers
were a little bit reluctant to give it away,
they believe they need it themselves.
In any case the negative ORP
has more than doubled in 15 days
due to the drinking of alkaline active water.
From -27 mV to -56 mV.
Where the pH levels remained the same.
A trend result. Try it out,
if you are dealing with this!
Now I might have convinced you,
but you think, this is far too expensive.
I would rather buy a water
ionizer based on minerals.

In the animal kingdom this is called mimicry.
For example, those cups with granules
that supposedly create alkaline active water.
Apparently they raise the pH level
as if it was an electrolyte water.
Also the Redox Potential is chemically
reduced by a few millivolts.
The granules, I have listed this,
consist of different small ceramic balls
and metal splinters, which react chemically
in the water in accordance
with the chemical redox series stated
which was discovered also by Mr. Ritter.
You can see from the measurement results
that something can’t be right:
The pH measurer shows
an unbelievably high pH value of 10,47
do not drink such an alkaline solution!
The ORP measurer to the right a low value of -7 mV.
It means there is no abnormal relationship
between the Redox Potential and the pH levels,
but a normal one, which can be
calculated with the Nernst equation.
This is the big difference.
With a diaphragm electrolysis
the values would be at least at -350 mV,
depending on the composition of the initial water.
Besides, some of the used materials,
for example, Germanium or Silver are questionable.
There would be consequences.
Read what is shown below, far right.
If a producer of metal rods, worth 50,00 Euros,
places it in the glass and says
it produces alkaline water,
calling it a “In-ionized water”.
Because water ionizing demands
the removal of specific ions
and not the adding of chemical reagents.
I hope to show you a film…
…Conventional potassium carbonate
is placed in the water
and we will see 2 results:
The pH in the solution increases drastically
because of the potassium
which generates more hydroxide ions,
whilst the content of electrons in the solution
increases, it is visible in the reduced Redox Potential.
This is similar to any form
of chemical water activation.
So this is the cheapest pseudo water ionizer.
Go to any baker and you can
find small potassium sachets
made up of potassium carbonate.
Stir it into the water
and you will have an incredibly high pH level
and a slightly lower Redox Potential.
Chemically this is know as a caustic potash,
tastes wonderful.
Yet I don’t recommend drinking it.
It even says on the pack that it’s not
recommended for human consumption.
But, what is this mineral water ionizer?
It’s not worth anything.
Not worth buying one.
This here is a real ionizer!
Electric with a simple double chamber system.
They are produced in the former Soviet Republic.
This one from Lithuania costs around 250 Euros.
It is important that only absolutely
unpolluted water can be used,
so a water filter is also needed.
The device requires time
and a few technical skills.
You can see this one is more complex,
you have to clean and dry it yourself
and it takes around 15 minutes per litre of water.
The right continuous water ionizers always
have very good built in pre filter cartridges,
for it is dangerous to ionise pollutants
for they can eventually cause more damage.
These filters cost between 55 and 120 Euros
and depending on the model last 6 – 12 months.
Here you see a Japanese device,
the Leveluk SD 501, from the Japanese company Enagic.
It is robust, even though the technology
is dated compared to Korean devices.
The price of 3.000 Euros is highly exesive.
What makes it unique is the fact that it has
an extra tank to add a saline solution.
Like this you can produce a strong alkaline
and a strong, watery, acid solution,
which is not water for drinking purposes,
but rather, for example, is used as a cleaning agent
or for certain medicinal purposes.
Very suitable devices for Germany
are the Premium devices of Aquion.
This company, like my Quantomed, is already
10 years successful in the German market.
And then you have the new
Dion devices from Korea.
They have 2 pre-filters,
or better said, optional double filters.
These have everything that
an acceptable ionizer really needs:
Fully automatic decalcification with flow change.
9 electrode cells for hard water.
A rotary knob for flow control, very important.
Flow and filter consumption indicator, very important.
The Alsbon devices are slightly larger.
So with 2 filters they are
more modern, I have to say.
I realise that since Fukushima,
people are consciously much more
critical and developed with
their water supply than before.
Because one can tell that
the Japanese are being fooled!
And with us? Can we still trust?
We still don’t know what happens with
the water near the nuclear power stations.
Then we also have extensive agriculture,
for example in the wine growing regions, etc…
where all sorts of things stay
in the water which we don’t really want.
That is why a double filter
is probably the best option.
Maybe if you don’t buy the most
expensive double filter model.
So how do you connect a water ionizer?
The assembly of the supply tube is connected
in a few minutes to the tap. Anyone can do this.
You just can’t have a pressureless
boiler under the sink!
With each domestic water ionizer
there is a diverter valve included,
which, with an included adapter on the faucet
aerator, screws on to the supply tube.
There is always a pipe
for the acidic water outlet,
hanging either into the sink
or is redirected to a special tap.
Whoever doesn’t want many tubes showing
can also connect the ioniser under the sink
with the included T-piece tube to divert
from the cold water pressure mains.
There is now a new universal device.
A solution, which everyone should test
for themselves. It is really advanced.
The first portable device with
a continuous electrolysed procedure,
which can be connected directly
to the cold water mains or the water tap,
if it didn’t have the reduced space
for the electrolysis cells inside,
it would really be a universal device suitable
for the mobile phone and smartpad generation.
The Hybrid Hydrionator can reach
incredible water values
from its 4 platinum galvanised electrodes
and 594 cm2 surface area.
Because of its drawer function and
the TUNING possibilities of the filling system,
anolyte and catholyte for hygene reasons are
produced professionally by just pressing a button.
This is normally only possible with slow
drip devices or very expensive industrial devices.

I hope I have wet your appetite
for alkaline active water.
Some don’t realise that when flushing the toilet,
30 litres of drinking water are consumed a day.
And claim, eh, with the 2 litres of acidic water
produced when making alkaline water,
it is as a huge waste.
Well, you can see it like that.
So I have developed an idea for this waste water:
You can use it to water the plants
and it is not bad for skin care.
Instead of frying your steak, fish or Schnitzel
in fatty acids, you can use acidic water.
The acidic water closes the pores of the meat.
We tested this and fried with acidic water.
We didn’t think it was worse, in fact it
tasted better and juicier than frying or grilling.
And you also obtain a great
sauce from from the water residue.
Try it yourself! Nothing stops the creative way
to vitality when you have a water ionizer.
So it’s like having the cow at home.
Now I can do some advertising.
I would like to refer you to the
“Human Service Manual” book.
I wrote this book together with Dr. Irlacher, the cure

where a doctor debated active alkaline water
after Natterer’s time.

Alkaline active water is not only
to doctors an interesting tool,
to improve the flow properties of blood,
to control a metabolic illness like diabetes,
to support the performance of the kidneys
and, very important, to give the bacteria
in the intestine an optimal environment.
Active water brings more
alkaline minerals into the body
and due to its electron richness
it charges up our anti-oxidative powers.
It is the ideal calorie free prophylaxis.
It leaves an ecological footprint,
which we can use sustainably,
in which we employ alkaline water
as green chemistry in the hygiene business,
animal farming or agriculture.
And, by no means least, it helps us
correct the live agents in our foods
in an intelligent manner, which the state
of our civilisation has destroyed by a long way.
Alkaline active water is the Smart Drink of our times,
the earlier you start drinking it, the better.
To conclude, an almost biblical
picture from my window sill:
Maybe you can remember
the story of Esau and Jacob.
Esau gave up his birthright in exchange
for a pot of lentils from Jacob.
Jacob was the cleverer
because he had many lentils.
The seeds on the left
were watered with tap water.
On the right with electro activated alkaline water
which I also drink daily.
I am not bigger, yet cleverer than Jacob.
