This weigh loss drink helped me lose 5 kg in one month
Started having this on 20 Aug and reduced 5 kg by 20 Sep
In a mug drop a 1 inch long Cinnamon Stick
Preferably organically grown
Add in 1/4 – 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
Researches show that Cinnamon boosts insulin function and metabolism
It helps lower blood pressure and total cholestrol
Pepper improves nutrient absorption and improve gastro-intestinal functions
It has antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties
Add in 1/4 – 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Curcumin in Turmeric, combined with piperine in black pepper increases its bioavailability by 2000%
Pour boiled water to this
give it a nice mix
let it become lukewarm
Once it has become lukewarm, add 1 tsp lemon juice
Weight loss drink is ready
I had this every morning on empty stomach
